Using the psycho-spiritual model of Internal Family Systems Therapy we can dive into one's inner world and get to know the parts of yourself. These parts show up in a variety of ways, ages, attitudes, beliefs, and hold the pains of the past. There is no bad parts, only conflicting or outdated beliefs that can be transmuted to transform one's inner world into a more coherent and peaceful place. These parts of you that can chaos in your life hold your power. Reintegrating these lost parts is soul retrieval and brings you closer to your true authenticity.

No belief, behavior, or experience is demonized. All parts of you are welcome here. Using the IFS model as a lens, we explore one's inner world with compassion and understanding. As a result, a sense of calmness, clarity, and self compassion brings order to what was once inner chaos.

To put it into an analogy, our parts are like our own inner orchestra. When one instrument is out of tune or off timing, it affects the entire performance. By speaking with one’s parts we can discover the wounding (why they are out of tune) and what their role is (their timing). By working WITH our parts instead of against them, we can bring all of the players of our inner orchestra into tune and correct timing so that we can live more harmonious lives. One’s authentic soul essence is not just the Self, it is also composed of one’s parts that bring uniquely valuable qualities that, when all working together, sing their own perfect melodious song that no other can.
